1. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at support@arrjewels.com
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24hours after receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
- In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email / Whatsapp.
3. Shipping Time
- Standard shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your package until it reaches you.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on Prepaid orders.
- For COD orders a flat Rs 150 will be applied during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package directly on the courier company’s website.
6. Undeliverable Packages
- In the rare case that your package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address or refusal to accept), we will contact you to arrange for redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, or if it is lost during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure your satisfaction.
8. Customs and Duties
- For international orders, any customs or import duties that may be charged once the package reaches your destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.
